A powerful protecting circle and the pure atmosphere of love grant this dancing healing ritual a very special dimension. I dance myself into trance with shamanic musical support and in this circle we purify, touch and move.

This allows us to dive into the profound depths of our souls, to make contact with our feelings and to really feel the unique power of being. Then, with our hearts open, we can find healing and strength, answers and guidance.

In this ceremony, we connect to nature and the powers of the universe. We invoke the directions of the wind and their associated elemental forces, and with this we tell the history of creation. We invite the powers into our protective circle and ask for support, healing and visions.

In four praying rounds, we articulate our prayers for ourselves and for others. We can use the opportunity to give up unwanted characteristics and outdated behaviors, and to receive answers to our questions.

The Medicine Wheel is a very powerful prayerful ritual that gives us strength and support along our way. It is most potent when held at a place of power in nature.

Dive into the primal sound of the drum, heartbeat of Mother Earth.

The rhythm itself drums you as you give yourself up to the journey. Dying away, merging and dying again, the rhythm teaches us to experience the cycles of our being and to draw from them strength for our daily life.
     
For those with no drum, it is also possible to join in with a rattle or similar percussive instrument.
